You can't send messages cuz you are in main channel,switch from it

Second problem is back to your ip change it or talk to admins ...

You have grade SECURED u can't write anything only microphone!

Try to reinstalling ur Teamspeak and install it and the problem will be fixed.

Without resinstalling  ts3 contact me in PM (FORUM) when you are online in ts3 to remove your "Secured" , if you don't need it .
about your country  it's your  problem , as you know in palestine some IPs are considred as Israel's IP.

as my opinion you cant send massages to Clients if they have SECURED GROUP and another thing you must know that you cant send masseges to Clients if you are in TS3's Defult Channel called as "MAIN CHANNEL"

about your Country  , No , That means you're using VPN that gives you an IP adress From Isreal  , That or someone's geolocation Software is Wonky

either way you can contact your Net Provider to know Info

Hi, my friend, speak with Mr.Love or Sethhh so that they give you permission to send messages
