The British driver Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) achieved Saturday the 'pole position' of the Grand Prix of Formula One, which takes place on Sunday at the circuit of Montmeló near Barcelona.

Hamilton, who earned his third 'pole' of the season, exceeded the German Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari), current leader of the World Championship, which will be next to the front row of the grid, in front of the Mercedes of Vallteri Bottas and Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari.
