Your Problem: when ever i copy a symbol or copy any strange language after i paste this shows "??"

If you're copying it to the forum then maybe the forum doesn't support these symbols and therefore changes it to '?'. If it's about copying it into your browser, then maybe the problem is from the browser itself, try using another browser to make sure.

if you use google chrome web browser you need to change it to opera

Hello , 

some writings have their special codings & form that can't be applied on most of websites (and forums ) . 

Even using some Emojis Not only writings , to explain more. 

i have a phone emoji that facebook doesn't have , if i use that emoji , it will show some empty boxes or the "?" sign . 

this actually means that the system didn't recognize your text ,so the system show us "?" .

so maybe if this kind of signs do not work on your actual browser , i recommend you to use any other browser 

(And definitely not internet explorer  ).
