first , put the image in imgur.com (link) the upload it there 

after that click in left of mouse and copy it , and past it in the topic !

you can add any image you like from google by "copy picture link" 

or you are free to upload any picture from your computer using postimage or imgur

when the upload is finished  copy the link of the picture
