G.O.G Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 The governments of China and Russia reaffirmed yesterday their commitment to strengthen bilateral military and technical cooperation in order to improve their power to fight current challenges and international terrorism. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu visited the Chinese capital and met with spokespersons from the ruling Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Consultative Power (equivalent to a High Chamber), who reaffirmed that Sino-Russian relations go through one Of his best moments. As agreed by Chinese presidents Xi Jinping and Russian, Vladimir Putin, Moscow will continue to boost exchanges with the Chinese military, Shoigu added. The Russian spokesman stressed that the "alliance" between Moscow and Beijing is "a priority" for his Government. He added that "the military sphere of both countries is focused on increasing the capacity to fight the modern challenges". China attaches "great importance" to military cooperation with Russia and "is prepared to strengthen strategic mutual trust," said Yu Zhengsheng, a spokesman for the CPC. 1 Quote
