EFE .- The new peace agreement signed Saturday by the Colombian government and the FARC is the final and pending to fix only the way it will be endorsed before proceeding to its implementation, said today the official chief negotiator, Humberto de la Calle .

"This is the final agreement, really what follows is a discussion on endorsement," De la Calle said at a press conference at the Casa de Nariño in Bogotá, where he explained details of the agreement.

According to De la Calle, what was announced on Saturday in Havana is "a really new, genuinely new agreement that collects more than 80% of the concerns of those who voted for 'no'" in the plebiscite last October 2.

The promoters of the "no", including former President Álvaro Uribe, have expressed since the new agreement was announced that the government should not give it as definitive but to expect that sector of society and, especially, victim organizations, read it and give it Their conformity to the text.
