"President (Vladimir Putin) has conveyed his condolences to the relatives and friends of the passengers and crew of the wrecked helicopter on Yamal," said Peskov, as recorded by the Russian news agency Sputnik. The helicopter was covering a route between Krasnoyarsk and Urengoi with 22 people aboard, including three crew members. The unit made a forced landing near Urengoi.
