A Mexican judge has authorized Thursday the extradition to the United States of Joaquin "Chapo" Guzman to deny two legal actions filed by the defense of the drug dealer and dismiss other three, as reported by the prosecution. In a statement, the institution said to have been notified of five resolutions issued by the Court concerning the judgments of amparo filed by the capo. "In two of them the court has decided to deny protection and protection of federal justice, while the remaining three have been dropped," as noted. Lawyers Sinaloa cartel leader announced last September that if the judge denied them the protections, would challenge a collegiate court, which for practical purposes would involve a new analysis of the case that would last "between three and six months."
