  2. Make these six exercises three times a week. Perform three sets per exercise. For each series, do as many reps as you can until you're too tired to perform another repetition. Rest for 30 seconds. Make your next set. After finishing an exercise, rest for 30 seconds and starts the following year. Record the number of repetitions for each series can before you have to stop.
