Authorities expect Hurricane Gaston recess to storm this Miami, United States.- Hurricane Gaston remains in the open Atlantic as a cyclone of category 3, while it is expected that the ninth depression becomes Tuesday tropical storm, reported National Hurricane center (NHC) of the United States.

The NHC said Gaston reduced its maximum sustained winds of 175-165 mph and is located 915 kilometers east of Bermuda and 2,675 kilometers west of the Azores, Efe reported.

Hurricane does not threaten any po[CENSORED]ted area and NHC forecasters predict "little change in intensity during the next 48 hours" in their advance towards the North Atlantic.

Meanwhile, the ninth depression of the Atlantic, located 310 kilometers west-southwest of Key West and 260 kilometers west-northwest of Havana (Cuba), soaks the west of the Caribbean island with "torrential rains".

Today depression experience a turn toward the west-northwest followed by a shift to the north on Tuesday night.

According to a probable pattern track, the center of the depression "is happening today in the north of the west coast north of Cuba", to move tonight and Tuesday the "southeastern Gulf of Mexico".

The depression is moving west, carries sustained winds 55 mph and "is likely to become a tropical storm later in the day or tonight," the NHC forecasters said.

Experts warned that depression could produce rain accumulations of 8-20 centimeters on Cuba, which could cause "flash floods and mudslides".

They could also register until Wednesday heavy rains over southern Florida peninsula and the Keys.
