Rio de JANEIRO The father of American swimmer Ryan Lochte said Wednesday that his son returned to the United States before a Brazilian judge ordered to confiscate his passport and his teammate Jimmy Feigen for both to remain in Brazil during the investigation by his denunciation of his were robbed at gunpoint during the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
