Trump: Obama founder of ISIS. And Clinton business partner

The Republican presidential contender, Donald Trump, the current President, Barack Obama, founded ISIS.
He said Trump, in an interview Wednesday in Florida, "Obama is the founder of ISIS, and I can say that Hillary Clinton partners in it."

According to the New York Times newspaper, the controversial Republican nominee, said that ISIS is nice to Obama after "founded".
