According to a new medical study published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine, eating large amounts of animal protein like red meat and a similar proportion of people who break in them die early.

The experts from the Massachusetts hospital and Harvard Medical School a study on eating habits of 130 thousand people over 30 years.

The study included various aspects of life such as smoking, alcohol consumption and physical activity.

The researchers found that increased consumption of animal protein by 10% increased risk of premature death by 2%, and increases the risk of death by heart disease by up to 8%.

At the same time consumption vegetable proteins so the opposite effect, since it reduces the risk of premature death directly by 12%, when increasing vegetable protein in the diet reduce by 3%.

These results can be clearly seen on tobacco and alcohol users, and those who suffer from weight gain or small lifestyle movement.
