Willems tweeted Wijnaldum wishing him all the best and said that he'll be seeing him soon, which has got tongues wagging about whether Klopp is about to make an offer for the player. According to De Telegraaf, Monaco are also keeping tabs on Willems. Lucas is again being linked with a move away from Paris as Liverpool continue in their attempts to strengthen their squad ahead of the start of the 2016/17 season and jumps into top spot for Thursday. The Brazilian netted 13 times in 55 games for Paris Saint-Germain last season, but that impressive form has not stopped him climbing Liverpool's Football Whispers list.
