Hello ,

as you see in your picture , to finish the sign up processes , he needs to confirm his Email-Address which he entered when he was signing up .

for confirm , he should go in his Email and he probably will see a Mail from CSBD , usually by opening that mail , Email-address will be confirmed

He must look in spam folder. If the validation is not there, resend him.

Hello,

He has received the Email in his "Inbox" or he give the wrong Email address.

Tell him to check his Email again and if there is no Email of registration then he have to make a new account and give the right Email address for conform the account.
