First you have to put in a situation: we are a lord of medieval times that, more interested in trade than in war, must extend its influence throughout Europe, the Middle East and even Northern Europe. Mammoth work, of course, especially if we consider that we begin our journey with a single settlement. To grow we found new cities, invent technologies through its trees for this purpose, collect resources and trade with them and, also, a military facet not forget it's there to help us out when all else fails. With the latest episodes of major strategic Kalypso sagas we have seen a desire to incorporate more players to the strategy thanks to the inspiration of videogames for mobile platforms, to mobile phones or even web browsers. In this sense we have tried unify the simplicity of menus and interfaces increasingly minimalist and clean, without renouncing to the density we expect from a compatible release that, in addition, also released on PlayStation 4. The most positive all this is that the game in terms of interfaces and staging does a good job when even the most complex parts such as economic, for example, are easy to understand and intuitive result. There are other elements, though, that are somewhat confusing and remaining something of immersion as the tiny representation of troops on screen, even zooming, they are imprecise and often indistinguishable. This same perception of doing the same once after another can be perceived in other elements that are party could have taken much. For example, the map of Europe which we operate has gigantic dimensions, but there is little difference to start our journey from one point or another stage. Large releases of strategy set in the old continent are strengthened in the cultural and resources of this area of the world wealth, however Grand Ages: Medieval completely ignores it all. Just there are some specific units that can recruit certain points on the map, but the various sides are very similar to each other and the strengths of these or the resources we can extract the stage differences do not have a game different from another. The set had gained much replay component if, for example, to start games in points distant second map notáramos a greater extent than at present. Distinctions that would not only logical from the point of view of context but also to offer more fun amateur. Trailer
