Hamdii
Galactic Civilizations III is a strategy game turn-based 4X tower developed by Stardock and released May 14, 2015 on the Steam platform distribution. The last time the studio Stardock sent us to conquer the universe, it was in 2006 with Galactic Civilizations II. Despite its flaws, it had found its audience by management and strategy in several areas: space and planets. 9 years after the studio decides to take his dev cap and offers a suite after playing a game with publishers for which they had a flair: Sins of a Solar Empire aka SOASE. Back in the creation and after a year and a half in the making for the official announcement that several months on Steam Early Access has a stratospheric prices, what about this new iteration? We do not beat around the bush, in principle, Galactic Civilizations III is a 4X everything from classic. This is rummaging through the menus and options that we discover the full potential of this game. First, there is only 64bit and understandably as it is resource hungry when parameters are pushed to their extremes. Launching a multiplayer game or a custom solo part, many options are available and there is one that is simply foolish and besides that name, it is the size of the map. In insane, you will be immersed in a complete universe studded with galaxies which you choose the layout. They can be glued to each other, in the form of a spiral, clustered more or less large or completely broken. It is this last option that gives momentum to the gameplay of GC3, you can easily play several hundred rounds before meeting another race. To reach some remote places of your universe, you will be obliged to advance progressively by setting up space bases along your route. From the first announcement, the developers have been pretty clear, Galactic Civilizations III would especially like its predecessor with multiplayer and deeper gameplay. Another detail, the game is only 64 bits which should not hinder the majority of us. Regulars video game strategy turn-based will be comfortable with the interface. A campaign is proposed and proved to be a good excuse to learn about the mechanisms of GC3, you can also turn to a custom game solo or you launch into the deep end with the multiplayer. Unlike Civilizations of Firaxis Games, we are not specifically supported in our discovery of the game, so that at first we are tempted to say that the game is very basic and does not offer much really innovative. Then the hours, you will go through the menus and options to discover the least friendly. ! Trailer !
