Other details:Now I Cant Use Brightness,vibrance,color balance  And I Cant Save Images.I Already Reinstall PS

Hello,

I think the problem is Background layer in every cs the Background is locked

So when you add a picture in PS you need to double click on Background and make that a layer when it will be a layer it will be automatic unlocked

After that you need to keep 1 original layer where you add nothing

Example:

Layer 1 (no effect original layer)

Layer 2 (here you will start will effect)
