REMY Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) Maybe when you installed Photoshop some file is not instaled,and he can to do that command beacuse that file does not exist.If you can to download some other Ps,i recommend you this CENSORED When you download this you must to follow the steps if you want original PS.If you do that and if you have the same problem with transform controls,meybe try to instal new system.
