Hello in order to resize a gif you can click on the move tool and then click show show transform controls

 

 

Or you can click on image and then click Canvas size

 

 

In order to change the color you can do it on Hue/Saturation.

Follow the Setup:

 

1. Select all the image of Fire with : Shift+Ctrl and you click with the mouse on the image Like this:

 

 

2. Go to Layer >> New >> Group from Layers.. and Click Ok

 

3. the group will created automatique:

 

4. open the group :

 

5. Select all the layers on the group click on the first layer and Pressure Shift and with mouse Click on the last layer

6. and click on Show Transform Controls

 

7. Now you will Minimize and Maximize the layers

 

 

 

Example:

 

 

 

Now go to Grop Tool

when ou finich the Minimize and Maximize click on and Click Crop

 

Go hided the group :

 

Now change the Mode de fusion to Lighten

 

 

 

Right now ; Go to : File >> Save for Web.. >> Save...
