• Description of the problem: Cant add this image as my profile pic , avatar :/
  
• Photos: 
  
• Other details: i just maade this image but it dosent adds up as profile pic. Its 288 * 177. Even when its 280 pix then also it dosent add up. It loses its motion.  Something and is less than 100 kb. Even adminsistrator cant add it. Plz give me solution.

This Picture have big KB that's why this Gif not work ..

you want at least 150KB Picture to add Profile Picture
