Heavily inspired by the 1976 original, but crammed with modern tech such as LED lights and carbon-fibre bodywork, the new Lagonda will be limited to just 100 cars and sold only in the Middle East. It’s based on the DB9 and Vanquish’s aluminium VH architecture, uses the same 565bhp 5.9-litre V12 and will be hand-built at Aston’s Gaydon factory in Warks.
