Considering the fact that you broke one rule from the section regulation and one of the forum regulation at the same time and having multiple reports for that post, i decided to add two warning points to you, because you post-hunted (made a generic post) without any reason. If you wanted to congrat that designer, you could simply like one of his posts or just send a private message.

 

I hope you understood your mistake and you won't repeat it.

 

Next time when you want to report a Staff member, send a private message to an administrator or report his profile.
