GFX Question

I want to make Question here about GFX Photoshop CS6

How can i change Big Stock to little One HD if that possible

Example (it's not same photo but i am just want to know the way to change the size and keep the Quality) :

 

 

what can i do to change it for this one (size)

It is very simple.

 

1. Start a new file with selected resolutions. ex: 150x250

2. Drag the selected image to ps or File -> Place and select the .png / jpg.

3. Press shift and drag JUST from the corners and whe you are done press enter.

go To File New Make Dimension ( Pixels , Resolution 72 , BackGround Transparent , RVB Color ) 
Then Place and selec the photo you want = You have a pic with the dimension you want
