hello,

firstly you need to disable your fire-wall/antivirus

then delete your files and extract it again (if you download it as winrar)

if you didn't download it as winrar (just files) you have to download it again

 

p.s: if you download it again,you need to keep your (fire-wall/antivirus) disalbled from the beginning of download until the end of installation.

try to update your high definitio audio device driver 

or

1. Go to start menu and click control panel
2. Click on sound and click on recordings
3. Double Click your microphone and set it up just like in the video

 

Another way

1. In the control panel, click on speech recognition
2. Click on setup microphone
3. Follow the instructions and then click finish

Last way

1. In the taskbar click on the speakers and click on the mini speaker
2. Click on enhancements and check the first and the last two boxes
3. Then Click OK

I had the same problem. Talked to an EA Advisor and with his help, thank God, its fixed now. Try doing the following:
 
1. Delete everything except for LocalContent in C:\ProgramData\Origin.

2. Delete everything in C:\Users\[Your_User_Name]\AppData\Local\Origin and C:\Users\[Your_User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\Origin.
 
3. Windows Key+R will open the Run window. type "regedit",
    go to HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers.
    Create DWORD Value, name it: TdrDelay
    Modify it to decimal and give the value 15.  
    Restart PC
