In fact, with a near-perfect research score of 4.9/5 for restaurant features, Toast has some of the most advanced capabilities of any POS we've reviewed. However, while Toast can be an asset to businesses with the right hardware and is one of the best restaurant POS systems, it's currently only compatible with Android devices. This unfortunately means it's a POS that is inaccessible to businesses that run on iOS technology. With no live chat or email options available, Toast scored significantly low for help and support, too, suggesting that its options may not be able to meet the needs of all food businesses.
