5. Super Mario Advance

 

 

As we move through the list you will realize that one of Nintendo's best portables, Game Boy Advance, had some of the best cartridges for the character. In the case of the first of that generation, we are, without a doubt, facing one of the most complete and with a color that fans fell in love with. On Metacritic it has an 84.

4. New Super Mario Bros. Wii

Wii also had several Super Mario titles among its extensive catalog of games, although this was a turning point as it ended up becoming the first for a home console to add competitive multiplayer and extremely beautiful 2.5D graphics. Its Metacritic score is really good, and it's only fourth place, an 87.

3. New Super Mario Bros.

Another console with a great history in terms of plumber games was the Nintendo DS, which is the one that saw the birth of this New Super Mario Bros. series. Much more advanced graphics and, as the title says, a new beginning for the old platform franchise. Despite being third on the list, it has an incredible score of 89.
