The 29-year-old man disappeared on Sunday while bathing in the Tagus River, 70 kilometers from the capital.

 

 

The Civil Guard is looking for a missing young man after falling this Sunday afternoon into the Tagus River in the so-called Playa de Estremera, in Los Villares, an area of this municipality that divides the Community of Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha, the Command has reported. from Madrid.

The missing person's name is Luis Steven and he is 29 years old.

Apparently, this Sunday he entered the water at that point and since then he has not been heard from again, so his disappearance has been reported. Of Peruvian origin, he was taking a bath with a friend when he stopped seeing him.

 

 

Agents of the Civil Guard Air Service, Citizen Security patrols, divers from the Group of Specialists in Underwater Activities and the Cynological Service with search dogs for cadaveric remains participate in the search device.

Estremera beach or Los Villares beach is located about 70 kilometers from Madrid and is one of the five areas in the region authorized for bathing.

The stretch of the river on which the search is focusing is a stretch of 2.5 km from the Estremera beach, where the bather disappeared, to the dam.
