As consumers are buying more large-screen TVs than ever *, Samsung is expanding its acclaimed portfolio of lifestyle TVs and adding the 65 "version of The Serif to the current lineup of 40", 43 "and 55" models. . The newest size of The Serif will launch first in South Korea and then in other regions. The Serif is a domain of form and function, inspired by the letter "I" in a Serif font, which eliminates the boundary between furniture and television. It was created in 2015 in collaboration with Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, world-renowned French furniture designers, to connect with the space around you through a poetic design that functions as a shelf space. Now with a larger screen, The Serif can provide an even more immersive viewing experience and blend into its surroundings more than ever with enhanced functionality. In addition to its unique design, The Serif also offers Samsung QLED image quality, displaying 100% color volume for a rich and realistic image across all content. It also provides consumers with a comprehensive Smart TV experience powered by Tizen OS with an extensive content library and enhanced smart features. Through NFC technology, the new The Serif model also supports Tap View *, which allows users to play content from a smartphone on the TV screen by simply tapping the device on the side of the TV. Users can also easily connect to a mobile device through connectivity features like Apple AirPlay2 support for more ways to view content. And when it's off, Magic Screen can display environmental images and helpful information like date and time.
