Love Pulse
I wrote- Asmaa Morsi Walking like sport does not lose weight, is the summary of a study published by the British Daily Mail newspaper, on an experiment conducted by the American University of Brigham Young, which hit the wall display all the concepts that have been established for decades. The study confirmed that the secret to maintaining an ideal body lies in the food intake and the calories it contains, as weight loss depends only on those calories. She noted that walking 10 thousand steps only burns 500 calories, which is equivalent to a meal of large French fries from fast food restaurants, and that cutting distances on foot is not sufficient to ensure the thinnest body. Also, there is no specific amount of walking to prevent weight gain on its own, but the whole matter depends on the amount of food eaten and the calories it contains.
