Even if you have not gained weight but you have spent with fats, sugars, alcohol and dinners at many, you can become the great self-gift of a detox period. The toxins will go fast but we already know that the kilos are magical, a mystery of science, they are earned overnight and then they look like squatters. So be patient, do not despair and set affordable goals, match by match. Do not punish yourself, enjoy eating but with very contained calories. If after the binge you throw yourself headlong to a demanding diet, easy to finish your nails. Simply incorporate healthy gestures such as walking or climbing stairs into your daily life.
