Although we have WhatsApp as an instant messaging system, email is more active than ever. And also here we have a series of customization options that can help us with our 'personal brand', or impregnate our corporate image messages. The signature in Gmail allows us to create a fixed content that is sent in each and every one of our emails. The company logo, for example, or contact information are things that we can include there.

In internal communications of some companies you have seen a legal notice of confidentiality, for example. If you have spoken with the employee of a company, and above all high positions, you will have received the message in question with a brand logo at the end of the mail, or contact information and other information. All this is part of the signature, something like a footer that we can include in all our messages in a simple way. And in the case of Gmail, in fact, we have a complete signature management system, in case we use several email addresses.

How to change the signature of your email messages in Gmail so that it shows in all of them
If you open Gmail from your computer, on the right side you will see a gear icon. You have to click on it, and then click on Settings. Now we will open the full menu of Messaging service settings by email, and we will have to scroll to the General tab, which is the main one. In it, in the lower part, we will find the section Signature, which is the one that interests us to do this.
 

If we have never touched this section, the option No signature will be selected by default. We only need to click on the lower option, which shows our name and our email address. This is where, in case we have several email accounts configured, we can select one and another to customize the signature according to each account. Because it is possible that, for example, you use a personal account and another for labor issues. Be that as it may, in this section we have a text box and it is the one that we are going to focus on.
