problem with cs 1.6 steam

ps: don't give a solutions like re-install cs or try new cs .. (re-install steam) and some easiest solutions cuz i tried them before i post here.

and are you serious ? changing steam id on cs steam .-. + i can't even join cs ... just wow

You  go library and after then right-click the game 1 after click properties 2 and after click to check file integrity 3 and wait for upload !

How to sovle it? 

Frist of all go to Steam  "Settings" then click on "DownLoads"  go to  "Download Region" and select other region who is clost to your.  

If that dont work click on "Clear Download Cache" then restart Steam

If that dont work go to "Control Panel" then FireWall and trun off it and update your CS
