I have re-installed the game 2 times with all files

Hello , it's from The  recent Steam update of counter strike .

it's not only you who reported this issue , many Steam Users reported the common problem. 

well you have 2 choices either to disable the update and backup the old version or use No-Steam Cs . 

You Can Use CSBD CS1.6 .

Hello mate i am telling that me and my friends were having this problem i seened a video and i fix it.

But my friend do as all says download the new one but he done as

Deleted all files of cs + there is another related files to cs 1.6 delete it

Then he reboot computer

Then he searched on torrentz2

And he download from there and the problem fixed.

If you're talking about ingame name, i've been into that. Go to options and then name. Change it to "MEOW" or "meow" (w.e you prefer)

If it automatically changes, then go to console (|) and write name "Meow" That should fix

it temporially. It might be the server try different servers or try re-installing your config/files.

note:if not sloved thats mean it problem of your server

Seen Many members posting this Problem over and over.

i want to say that this problem is from steam , all steam users are having it since the recent update .

Steam Announced that they got many mails for this current problem and they have intention to fix it as soon as possible. 

basically , it's a problem that you can't fix only Steam Company could fix it

you need to take a rest and be patient until they fix it or use No Steam CS, as for this i always recommand CS CSBD V1.1

uninstall it and download another version with old uptade from goolge i cant show links here
