Hello,

- Go to Control Panel --> Region and Language --> Keyboards and Languages --> Change Keyboards
- In the General tab, under 'Installed Services', make sure there is only 1 item under keyboard, if you're English, just stick with the default US because the Canadian one might show up as Multilingual.
