andersonn -
Name: Slender: The Arrival Gender: Action / Adventure (Terror) Platform: PC / Xbox 360 / PS3 Release Date: March 26, 2013 Fabricator: Blue Isle Studios Distributor: Midnight City Description Slender: The Arrival is a horror game in first person, in which we investigate the mysterious disappearance of a friend. Handheld, started on a peaceful forest, we can explore or not, the path is marked by a path devoid of grass. This road leads us, as night falls, to a two storey somewhat removed from society, where our friend lived. When we reached the door, the night has already taken over the environment, and only house lights guide us in the dark. On the left, the drawing of a man of slender figure and several trees make us fear the worst. So we started this adventure that we will dive into a living hell to try to save our friend's apparent insanity seems to suffer. Unlike Slender: The Eight Pages, Slender: The Arrival tells a story, which is told through various documents we collect, plus some surprise, without much fanfare, but it serves to give cohesion to the playable. In the game there is no video footage beyond a short introductory video, and there is no dialogue; all is told through text in English, so even being quite explicit, I will miss many details as possible if we are stuck Anglo-Saxon language. Gameplay Slender : The Arrival has two distinct types of gameplay. The first one is based on exploration. Under the light of day and tranquility that entails , we have beautiful and extensive forest landscapes to explore, mainly found in the documents that allow us to read additional details to understand more clearly the story. The second type of gameplay comes with darkness . When night falls or enter any private area of clarity , Slenderman or new enemies that appear in this issue make an appearance , and proceeded to infiltrate and run to save our lives. With respect to the plane of possibilities, we find little new compared to that seen in the original concept . In Slender : The Arrival we can run , crouch , turn on and off and zoom flashlight with video camera , and interact with certain objects. At no time will tell us what is the effect on creatures that haunt us perform any of these actions , so that we are alone in a hostile environment with our intuition as the only weapon . As in the original game , we can not defend ourselves against our enemies in any other way except fleeing or avoiding being seen.
