Rules Failure to follow the regulation can lead to serious penalties! PLAYER RULES The administration of FURIEN.CSBLACKDEVIL.COM values maintaining a pleasant atmosphere on the server. Inappropriate language, insults, mockery, or jokes/insults with racist, sexual, or derogatory content towards any person, whether a player or admin, are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a 5-10 minutes GAG, followed by a 30-minutes BAN in repeated cases, or even a 7-days BAN if inappropriate language persists. Any form of hack/cfg that significantly alters the gameplay will result in a PERMANENT BAN with no appeal. Players must report via "say_team @" any players suspected of using cheats, as well as those performing TURNBACK or CAMP. Players advertising other servers, regardless of their community origin, will receive a PERMANENT BAN. Insults directed at an admin will result in a punishment, such as GAG, kick, or ban, depending on the severity. Players are not allowed to climb on the map - ACTION: SLAY/BAN 10 minutes. When the bomb is planted, camping is only allowed in the X-ZONE (where the bomb is planted). Players are allowed to use (TXT) only when the bomb is planted; otherwise, they will receive a slay (1/3, 2/3, 3/3 then BAN 10-20 minutes). Camping (staying in one place and shooting) is not allowed - ACTION: SLAY (1/3), (2/3), BAN - 10 minutes (3/3). CAMPZONE is when a CT rotates in the same area (for example, on DUST2 at X1, they go up the stairs, come back to X, go long, come back to X, and so on, on other maps or staying in the same spot). Players are not allowed to place more than 3 HE grenades at the bomb; otherwise, they will receive a slay. Players are not allowed to perform TURN-BACK regardless of the moment or situation; otherwise, they will receive a slay (1/3, 2/3, and at 3/3 - ban 10 minutes). TurnBack is only allowed when you are the last CT alive or when the bomb is planted. You can camp (just in the X-ZONE) and turn back only when the bomb is planted. You are required to leave X free in the last 20 seconds to allow the furiens to plant. On maps with only one bombsite, it must be left free in the last 60 seconds. Furiens are required to plant the bomb in the last 10 seconds. You are not allowed to plant the bomb in inaccessible places where defusing is not possible - PENALTY: SLAY. Plant the bomb only in visible locations (for example, do not plant the bomb in the corner between B-box and the wooden door) - PENALTY: Slay or a 15-minutes ban for repeated offenses. ADMIN RULES No admin is allowed to use commands on other admins! The admin is obligated to announce their absence on the forum for a certain period: REMOVE if they don't! Abuse of commands (amx_say, amx_csay, amx_tsay, amx_slap, amx_slay, amx_kick) is prohibited. The commands amx_say, amx_csay, amx_tsay are only for various announcements, not for conversations! +1 WARN / DOWN-GRADE! The admin is obligated to consider player announcements on u@ regarding possible cheaters. They must go into spectator mode and observe the player, making demos/screenshots before applying commands! The admin is obligated to provide evidence in case of a complaint/unban request on the forum for commands applied to players who received a permanent ban! The admin is obligated to change a player's name only if it is obscene or if it advertises other servers. For every ban on the server longer than 30 minutes, the admin is obligated to post it in the banlist along with clear evidence! It is strictly forbidden for an ADMIN or VIP to share their account with someone else! An admin does not have the right to use commands on players who follow the rules of the game. An admin is not allowed to use vulgar language on the server. Admins are required to have evidence for a given BAN. Admins are required to nominate at least 3 MAPS for VOTE. The map change vote takes place in the last 5 MINUTES. Admins are required to spectate for a minimum of 10 minutes, rotating to ensure a pleasant game, free of campers and hackers. Admins are prohibited from advertising our server on other communities/servers! Your activity as an admin on the server will be monitored based on your presence on the server, activity on the forum (responses to admin/slot requests, etc.), as well as your behavior. These activities can determine the idea of UP/DOWNGRADE. The command amx_banip/addban is only used in the fallowing situations: If the player advertises another server/forum. If the player uses cheats/hacks/anti-recoil. If you've taken pictures of someone, and the person in question refuses to provide them. 10 minutes for those with offensive language (warning before using amx_gag, and if it continues, a 10-minutes ban). If a player uses modified scripts for bhop, strafehack they'll get permanent banned. The command amx_votemap or votemapmenu is useing just in the last 5 minutes, with the following specifications: The map changes after a vote from any admin present on the server; it is not a rule that the admin who initiated the vote must be the one to change it. If no vote has been initiated and an automatic vote occurs, the map chosen by the automatic vote is allowed to run. Map votes are conducted in the last 5 minutes. Rules for Benefits Players First and foremost, you must be familiar with the server rules in their entirety. You are not superior to others in any way, so play without a sense of superiority. Appropriate language is mandatory and is punished just as severely. It is prohibited to camp in order to make kills. In the event that team balancing is needed, you are obligated to move to the team that requires assistance. If you violate any of the above rules, you will be punished in accordance with the sanctions listed above without a refund.
