This Is Not A problem But a Restriction From Krond Because 2- 3 years ago many hackers from Pakistan were caught trying to create troubles and indulged in hacking and were found guilty so the krond put a restriction in which every Pakistani IP was Banned so that in further that situation could not occured but ;however, Now Krond Has Constricted This But now sometimes the problem u mentioned occurs by being off and on so its not a problem from your internet nor cs nor sv but in fact from the hosting , so i recommend you to directly contact the Hoster

This Problem Has Already Been Posted By a Member HERE Already , i Would Recommend You to Go Through it By Searching Before Posting the Problem , anyway
This Problem Is occuring Due To Fake Version Of Your Windows Which means It's Not Guinuene Which Means You Are Lacked With Some "dll" Files Which Causes Errors To Occur In Every Tiny Situation, So In order to Overcome This You Only Need To Download This Setup And It Will Eventually Solve Your Problem Within Few Time .

Ths Problem Is often Arosing Alot In Many FAQ's So Regarding This problem Write clientport or cl_port In Your Console And Fill It With The Value 27006 . Ex. cl_port "27006" . This Might Help You Easily Without Any Kinda Problem ..

Hello Sir..

This Problem Often Occurs Due To Your Weak Connection Problem so In Order To Fix This Problem Follow These Steps

• Go To The Counter Strike Folder That You have Saved In Your Drives
• Then Create A Desktop Shortcut Of Counter Strike (CS 1.6)
• After This Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to Open Task Manager
• Go To Processes Tab And Find The Explorer.exe and Click On "End Process" (Make Sure When You Click On End Process You Must First Click On explorer.exe)
• Then Go To The file "New Task (run)"
• Select The Browse And Find The Countrer Strike Icon On Desktop And Click Run

In This Way You Will Be Able To Play Servers Without Connection Issues ..
Once You End Up Playing So For Retriveing The Desktop . Follow These Steps

• CTRL + ALT + DEL to Open Tast Manager
• Click On File Then " New Task (run)"
• Type In Explorer.exe And Click Run

And In This Way You Will Be Able To Retrive Your Desktop
or try this =
You should Uninstall your CS and go to the location of the CS and delete your CS folder don't copy any files or something like that, when you Install it back change the location of the CS to another folder.

Note : If Above Steps Doesn't Work Then Open Up CS Then Console And Write These

The Reason Is Because Your BrandBoard Comes From Isreal Which Means It Is Situated In Isreal Thats Why You are Shown The Israli Flag But Afterall , It Doesnt Matter Which Country You Belong From It Wont consider You in Intellectual Works .
