I know you, you was admin on my server with nickname, otx_adm, but in the request you wrote new nick.
If you want to be admin on server, read the rules, this is most important, after this your activity on server.
If you want admin with your new nick, do 30 hours on server and after make admin request, but if you want with your old nick “otx_adm” make admin request after 3 days, and read the rules.
