If you have a Mac , you're probably familiar with the incredible benefits of True Tone . This display technology automatically adjusts the color temperature of your computer screen to match the ambient light conditions in your room. The result is an adaptive viewing experience that takes care of your eyes by reducing the risk of eye strain. However, True Tone is not always enabled by default on Apple Macs, so you may need to do this manually . Fortunately, macOS offers several ways to enable the option we are talking about so you can easily enjoy its benefits.

This is how you activate it with the control center of your Mac

Click the Control Center icon, which resembles a double switch, in the menu bar. You can also press the fn + c keys to open this element of your computer's operating system

Then, click on the " Display " module. Now, use the “ True Tone ” button to enable the enhancement on your Mac. Once you've enabled everything in Control Center, your Mac's display will adjust the color temperature based on the lighting in your environment.Once this is done, you are finished and you can surely see very clearly the improvement in the image quality shown by the panel you use (as long as it is compatible with the technology we are talking about).

Enable True Tone using System Preferences

You can also enable True Tone on your Mac through System Preferences. Please note that some versions of macOS, including macOS Ventura, may include "System Settings" instead of the "System Preferences" app. Follow the next steps:

Click the Apple menu in the top left corner of the screen and select " System Preferences " from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, press Command + Spacebar to open Spotlight, search for " System Preferences " and open it by pressing Return.By enabling True Tone on your Mac, you'll be optimizing your viewing experience by adapting it to the lighting conditions in your environment . Feel free to take advantage of this feature to reduce eye strain and enjoy more comfortable viewing on your Mac ...
