Iconic motorcycle from the Japanese company that also became famous in the Top Gun movie. The Ninja range celebrates 40 years in 2024 and Kawasaki is already beginning to celebrate with a very special variant of this range of sports motorcycles, such as the Ninja ZX-4 RR KRT Edition, a motorcycle born for speed and performance, but in an easy-to-use format, suitable for urban routes and the track. The famous Ninja GPZ900R (the first, the original) became recognized as the pioneer in the modern supersport motorcycle format. It had a unique engine, with four cylinders and 16 valves, counterbalanced and with more than 110 HP of power. She set records on the Isle of Man and with a top speed of 240 km/h, she was the fastest of her time. This new Ninja is powered by a 399 cc four-cylinder engine, a water-cooled unit with electronic injection, coupled to a short six-speed gearbox with some assistance, such as Kawasaki TRaction Control (KTRC), 3 positions; in addition to Kawasaki Quick Shifter, for fast, smooth and sportier gear steps. This engine is capable of delivering 77 horsepower, with an impressive torque of 39 Nm, which ensures high adrenaline and speed. For greater dynamism, its transmission is semi-automatic, allowing clutchless shifting to achieve continuous acceleration and quick and easy deceleration. Power on the track and in the city The cycling of the new Ninja ZX-4 RR KRT Edition is based on a high-tension steel trellis chassis, supported by an inverted fork front suspension (SFF-BP) with spring preload adjustment and upper springs. The drive wheel, meanwhile, has a suspension with Back-link horizontal shock absorber, gas-charged BFRC lite with superimposed reservoir, with compression and rebound suspension with spring preload adjustment and stop spring. Control, meanwhile, is enhanced by its dual 290 mm front brake discs with radial monoblock calipers. Its design has new air inlets called Ram Air in the center and on the sides, similar to the Ninja H2, which direct the air flow to the filter box. Its aggressive appearance and intake sound accentuate the sensations of the inline four-cylinder engine, while allowing it to be instantly recognized as a model from Kawasaki's Ninja ZX series. The new star of the Ninja family has four integrated driving modes: sport, road, rain and pilot (manual), allowing you to easily select the traction level and power mode that best suits the driving conditions of every moment. The 4.3" fully digital color TFT instrumentation, with selectable display modes (normal, circuit), shows the most relevant information, both in urban and track conditions. The circuit mode shows the gear more clearly gear, lap times and revolutions above 10,000.
