And just a few months ago, and following the firm's global guidelines, Shineray Group will offer in Chile an exclusive line of passenger cars under the SWM brand, while Shineray will focus on the sale of commercial vehicles. For this reason, both the G05 Pro and the new model that debuts in the country today, the G03F, will be sold under the SWM brand.

It may seem complicated, but the truth is that the proposal of the entry-level SUV to the new brand is much simpler: value, or in other words, many attributes for little money. In fact, the new SWM G03F is for sale in a single version, at a list price of $11,990,000, although there is a financing bonus of $1,000,000.

 

 

“In the case of G03F we want to reach those people who, for a price under 11 million pesos, today could only access a small SUV. With this car we become the best proposal in terms of size and versatility in the entire category,” says Paula Sepúlveda, corporate manager of Gildemeister.

SWM G03 F: characteristics

The SWM G03F is a compact SUV that is offered with seven seats in a 2+2+3 configuration, and a trunk that allows 165 liters behind the third row, 531 behind the second and 927 liters if all five are folded down. rear seats.

It measures 4,605 mm long, 1,815 mm wide, 1,825 mm high and has a wheelbase of 2,780 mm. By dimensions, it is even larger than a Toyota Rush or a Suzuki XL7, to name two 7-seat models.

Mechanically, it has a monocoque platform that offers independent McPherson-type front suspension, rigid axle rear, disc brakes at the front and drum at the rear, as well as electrically assisted steering.

The engine is a 1.5-liter aspirated four-cylinder gasoline engine, capable of reaching a power of 108 HP at 6,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 152 Nm at 4,000 rpm, and which is coupled to a 5-speed mechanical gearbox. The brand reports an urban consumption of 10.1 km/liter, mixed of 13.3 and highway of 16.3 km/liter.
