During the month of September, new vehicle registrations in Ireland increased by 66.1% compared to the same month of the previous year, reaching a total volume of 5,677 units delivered to new customers.

By fuel, diesel returned to the first position with a share of 36.9% and 2,094 units, while gasoline remained with a 33.6% share (1,910). 807 hybrids, 203 PHEVs and 663 electrics were also sold, the latter being the big standouts.
