You said why is it rejected. Because of that you have 0 activity in project Only your activity in your Seerver. And

 

You are missing so many conditions of moderator request : 

• 200 Posts.
• One year or more of forum presence.
• Having a common background with an already existing staff member.
• A ratio of 2 reputation for every 1 content.
• Also you have no project , you must first join some projects and earn some good reputation and be active on our community.

Make sure to have the requirements and comeback with a new request when ready .

First You Need To understand that getting moderator isn't not that easy. Just make req let's see If they accept or not then i will start doing some activities. No man this is not as u think.  Now Your activity is 0.
