[Politics] Judge Teresa Núques will hear the request for impeachment against Guillermo Lasso

- The Constitutional Court drew lots for the rapporteur judge for the admissibility ruling corresponding to the request for impeachment against the president of Ecuador, Guillermo Lasso, for alleged embezzlement and embezzlement. The cause fell on Teresa Núques Martínez, one of the nine members of the organization.

Who is Judge Teresa Núques?
She is a doctor from the University of Coruña, Spain and from the Catholic University of Guayaquil. She has a master's degree in Arbitration and Mediation, in Administrative Law; and in Constitutional Justice. She specializes in: constitutional procedures, legal systems for the protection of Human Rights; specialist in Constitutional Law from the University of Salamanca; International Taxation from the University of Castilla La Mancha. Higher Diplomas in Fundamental Rights and Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante.
