[M]anuel Posted April 23, 2022 Share Posted April 23, 2022 This Thursday, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) determined that Colombia has violated the sovereignty and jurisdiction of Nicaragua in its own Exclusive Economic Zone by authorizing fishing activities in Nicaraguan waters, for which it ordered Colombia "to cease immediately" his conduct.
