This Monday, November 29, the pilot plan of attention without prior appointment for the processing of passports began at the headquarters of Calle 53 # 10-60 / 46, in Bogotá. Until December 3 of this year, users will be served taking into account the last digit of their identity document.

During the first day of this pilot plan, there were long lines and a lot of congestion at the office on Calle 53, the only office where the procedure can be done without an appointment.
