Laptops have evolved over time in various forms, reaching today a general design accepted by users. If the shape leaves no room for surprises, the technology inside can be very different from one model to another, determining the overall performance of the laptop. ZenBook Flip S UX371 is a thin and light convertible laptop, built in an aluminum alloy case, which has a special ability. It uses a special hinge, called 360 ° ErgoLift, with double articulation, which allows the complete rotation of the NanoEdge screen (with very thin edges). In this way, the laptop can be used in different ways, beyond the applications of a classic model.

In the context of remote work, the laptop thus adapts to various space limitations. The integrated webcam has infrared and allows easy authentication in Windows through Cortana, providing excellent quality in teleconferencing. In addition, it has ASUS technology with AI support for canceling background noise, for optimal quality of online conferences.

The UX371 can become a large screen tablet with Windows operating system and even supports an active stylus. For the tablet mode, the ZenBook Flip S UX371 has benefited from a number of special changes. The 4K OLED panel was covered with glass, and the on / off button was moved to the edge. The laptop does not exceed 1.2 kg and can be carried anywhere in an envelope-type case, available in the package.

4K UHD OLED screen for accurate colors, great contrast, but also for eye protection

The 4K UHD OLED touch screen is a real gem of technology. The rendered colors are intense, the brightness is uniform, and the details of the images are precisely outlined thanks to the high density brought by the 4K resolution. Images retain their sharpness and deep black even when brightness is set to a minimum, being VESA DisplayHDR ™ 500 True Black certified.

The advantages of this beautiful screen do not stop here. With Pantone validated, the panel covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum, the response time is extremely short, only 0.2 milliseconds, and the contrast rises to 1,000,000: 1.

The certification granted by TÜV Rheinland for the emission of blue light is a guarantee that the ASUS ZenBook Flip S UX371 can be used for long periods of time, without the user feeling accentuated eye fatigue.

Blue light can affect the retina and impact the quality and duration of sleep, so the user can reduce the effects of blue light by simply adjusting the settings in the MyASUS application.

Romanians can choose from several UX371 configurations

ZenBook Flip S UX371 is available on the Romanian market in configurations equipped with 11th generation Intel Core i7 processors, up to 16GB of RAM, Intel® Iris Xe graphics and fast M.2 NVMe SSD storage units with a capacity of 1TB.

ASUS laptops are recognized for their generous connectivity options, and the UX371 is no exception. The two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support offer high speeds for data transfer and can be used to expand the image on external monitors. Either port can be used for charging, even from an external battery. Despite the thin profile, the laptop integrates a standard HDMI output, which allows you to connect TVs or video projectors. The UX371 also offers a type A USB port for connecting a mouse, for example.

 

Users who want extremely fast wireless connections will appreciate the presence of WiFi 6 mode, which offers fluid streaming, greater coverage and incredible connection stability thanks to additional optimizations brought by ASUS WiFi Master Premium technology.

The ultraportable battery offers up to 15 hours of battery life and includes about 60% fast charging technology in 49 minutes from any USB-C Power Delivery certified charger or other USB-C standard charger: such as aircraft chargers or external batteries.

The ZenBook Flip S also includes the ASUS NumberPad 2.0: a dual-touch touchpad that has an integrated LED-lit numeric keypad. Even when NumberPad is activated, the touchpad can be used to control the cursor on the screen, thanks to its intelligent software.

In the box, buyers receive a carrying case, a USB network adapter, an electronic pen and an adapter from USB-C to audio jack for connecting traditional headphones.
