Ford wants to lead North America's transition to all-electric mobility. To become a benchmark in the competitive electric car market, it will carry out an ambitious strategic plan. A roadmap that includes the start-up of the Blue Oval City complex that will revolve around the electric vehicle as well as the construction of new battery factories.

Ford invests heavily in electrification

To do this, it will launch two new campuses in Tennessee and Kentucky that will produce the next generation of F-Series electric pick-ups as well as the batteries that will power the future Ford and Lincoln-brand electric vehicles.
