Love Pulse Posted August 16, 2021 Posted August 16, 2021 Tokyo, August 16 (dpa) - Toyota launched the off-road Cross version of its Yaris icon. The Japanese company explained that its car, which belongs to the SUV category, has a ground clearance more than the traditional model by 30 mm, and it also appears with an independent design character and muscular features on the square-shaped wheel housing. The five-seater off-road vehicle stands at 4.18 meters in length on 18-inch wheels, and can accommodate 390 liters of luggage behind the wide rear lid thanks to the 2.56-meter wheelbase. The car relies on a hybrid system with a total power of 85 kW / 116 hp, which can be distributed to all four wheels in some versions. Due to this force, the car accelerates from stability to 100 km / h in 11.2 seconds, while the top speed reaches 170 km / h. The car can drive only a few kilometers, relying on electric motors. The average fuel consumption of the car is 4.3 liters / 100 km. The car has a modern cabin with a multifunction steering wheel behind it that shows the digital gauges, with a Head-up display. The car also relies on an advanced multimedia system, a navigation system with real-time traffic data, and a smart phone integration system via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
